**Role And Responsibilities**:

- Ensure customer satisfaction through first class leadership and a constant drive to execute.
- Establish and maintain protocol in delivering consistent product from the kitchen.
- Participation in menu collaboration with Owner and culinary team.

**Requirements**:

- Evening and Weekend availability.
- First Class Interpersonal Skills: strong verbal and written communication with team members.
- Adaptable to the personality traits amongst team members.
- Presentable to guests and team members alike.
- High energy with proven ability to achieve goals.
- Ability to learn all prep and service techniques.
- Strong problem solving with aims to constantly improve performance.

**Hiring Wage**: $18 per hour PLUS Tips

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $20.00-$21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Additional pay:

- Overtime pay
