As the Strategy Lead you would support the VP, Strategy in researching, developing and managing strategic initiatives related to the advanced mobility. This role is a critical component of the strategy function and would oversee strategic projects, roll-out new initiatives and support ad-hoc research and analysis for senior executives.

A Day in the Life

Strategy- Evaluate, analyze, and develop business cases to identify new products / services / offerings for Element.- Develop key partner relationships with strategic partners- Conducted detailed analysis and business case development in support of new initiatives, including developing KPIs / metrics and benefits tracking mechanisms- Lead cross functional Element, vendor, and client teams through definition and implementation of new program enhancements and/or changes

Partner Management- Identify, negotiate with, onboard new vendors and lead data integration strategies- Oversee performance of existing vendors including periodic performance reviews and cost/service negotiations- Enable increased program throughput and operational excellence by onboarding additional vendors to create capacity

PMO- Lead Program PMO with oversight over program execution including holding teams accountable through tracking of KPIs, milestones- Drive definition and implementation of new program capabilities via existing and new vendors

Shared Accountabilities- Work with Telematics, EV product owners to prioritize initiatives and manage partner engagement- Work with Strategic Initiatives, Legal and Pricing to develop frameworks for commercial agreements with strategic partners- Work with SCS to evaluate and analyze fleet data- Work with leadership reporting functions to ensure that appropriate EXE updates were provided and key metrics tracked.

**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in business related field- 7+ years of relevant work experience- Ability to work effectively in a business environment characterized by complexity, ambiguity, and rapid change- Proven work record to effectively plan, manage, and execute complex business situations ensure all stakeholders and direct/indirect team members are knowledgeable and driving towards results- Ability to self-manage workload, manage prioritization, and provide appropriate updates / engagement with leaders- Management consulting experience a positive- Infrastructure / energy experience a positive
