**Job Description**:

- Load trucks daily, ensure required documentation is complete and match purchase orders
- Prepare necessary shipping documents, maintain accurate records of shipments
- Ensure all materials and services are shipped on time in the correct quantities with the correct paperwork
- Ensure shipping policies and procedures are followed and shipments are documented accordingly
- Accept deliveries, unload goods and inspect shipments from trucks
- Verify incoming goods against packing slip and purchase order
- Inspect deliveries damaged/defective goods
- Handle material by hand or with use of appropriate equipment
- Operate powered and manual industrial equipment such as forklifts, pump trucks, dolly etc. to load and unload materials
- Ensure compliance with all safe work practices
- Disposal of material packaging
- Conduct daily Inspection of forklift
- Perform housekeeping duties in and around the factory
- Preparing units for shipping
- Assist with product packaging
- Other duties as required

**Requirements**:

- Minimum two to five years of relevant experience in shipping/receiving
- High attention to detail
- Forklift experience: minimum of 1 year
- Ability to lift and move heavy equipment and items on a frequent basis
- Ability to work independently or as a team player
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment and meeting deadlines
- Knowledge of safe handling practices
- Excellent Communication skills (written and verbal)
