**Responsibilities**:

- Manage a team of field technicians and ensure efficient operations
- Oversee the Service Coordinator scheduling and dispatching of technicians to customer locations
- Provide guidance and support to technicians in resolving complex issues
- Monitor and track technician performance, including productivity and customer satisfaction metrics
- Conduct regular field visits to assess technician performance and provide on-the-job training as needed
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve service delivery
- Handle escalated customer inquiries or complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain accurate records of service activities, including work orders, inventory, and customer interactions

**Requirements**:

- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle challenging situations diplomatically
- Service Scheduling & Experience Managing a Remote Technician Team
- Automotive repair or mechanical knowledge is highly desirable
- Proven sales ability with experience in upselling products or services
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions under pressure
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient computer skills, including MS Office Suite
