Onsite Supervisor - Plympton-Wyoming Preschool and school age program

Onsite Supervisor wage $27.07/hour; approximate hours 30-40/week Monday to Friday

Requirements: In good standing with College of ECE, First Aid/CPR Level C, Food Handler certificate, be able to provide a negative Vulnerable Sector Police Record Check upon offer of hire.

**Duties and Responsibilities** (but not limited to):

- Well developed organizational, leadership, problem solving and communication skills.
- Responsible for the day-to-day operations of their site. This includes but not limited to staffing, maintaining ratios, scheduling children, monthly calendars, daily playground inspections, fire drills, ordering groceries, etc.
- Reports to Operations Manager and CEO.
- Works in partnership with other onsite supervisors when needed.
- Follow all CCEYA guidelines and ensure all staff are following CCEYA guidelines. Manage all licensing daycare duties, ensure all staff and children’s files are current and accurate.
- Communicate with parents and staff. Offer guidance to the staff, children, and the families as and when needed. To work and speak effectively and professionally with parents, families, outside agencies, and other team members
- You will be expected to maintain positive relationships with the principal, teachers, and custodial staff within the school, as well as the children, their families, and ministry officials.
- You will be expected to inspire creativity and excellence within the team and work and contribute as a team member

Onsite training as per Generations Day Care Inc policies and procedures will be provided.

Pay: $24.36-$26.56 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 35 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
