Marketing and Communications Coordinator (Part-Time)

**About the Company**

Cloud Gymnastics, located in Squamish, BC, is dedicated to inspiring a lifelong love of sport in children through engaging, fun, and challenging gymnastics programs. We are seeking a creative and experienced **Marketing and Communications Generalist** to join our growing team. **Position Type**: Part-Time (10-20 hours per week)
**Start Date**: Late January 2025/Early February 2025

**About the Role**

As our Marketing and Communications Coordinator, you will play a key role in promoting Cloud Gymnastics to the community while maintaining our branding and communications strategy. You will collaborate with our leadership team to craft compelling content, produce high-quality visuals, and ensure seamless communication with both internal and external audiences.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Photography & Videography**: Capture and edit photos and videos of classes, events, and programs to create engaging visual stories.
- **Brand Management**: Ensure all content adheres to Cloud Gymnastics’ branding guidelines and conveys our mission and values.
- **Internal Communications**: Support the team with clear, timely, and effective internal communication strategies.
- **Social Media**: Plan, schedule, and manage posts across platforms to grow engagement and build our online presence.
- **Metrics & Reporting**: Track performance of marketing efforts and provide actionable insights to improve future campaigns.

**Qualifications**

We are looking for someone with:

- **Experience**: Proven track record in content creation, photography, videography, and marketing communications.
- **Skills**:

- Proficiency Mail Chimp, Canva, CapCut, Affinity programs, AI tools and/or other design tools.
- Familiarity with social media management platforms - Meta
- Strong copywriting and editing skills.
- Video editing experience
- **Brand Awareness**: Ability to maintain and evolve brand consistency across all content and platforms.
- **Communication**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- **Flexibility**: Availability to work a mix of remote and in-person hours, including attendance at events.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

Pay: $23.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 20 per week
