As our Manager, Brand & Marketing Technology, you will be a jack-of-all-trades - brand champion, creative design expert, webmaster, marketing technology guru - bringing your multi-faceted skills to work every day. Reporting to the Vice President, Marketing you will play a key role in building the future of Strive. We are a creative team dedicated to telling stories and creating experiences for Strive employees, partnerships, and clients. Your keen attention to detail will serve you well as you protect our brand across all platforms and deliver bold creative content that represents our mission, culture, and services to brokers and borrowers across Canada. If you have a strong desire to learn, grow, and contribute to Strive’s goal of providing A Better Lending Experience, we invite you to apply **This position has a hybrid working environment and is based in Toronto, ON.** **Your day to day will include**: Brand Champion - Build a brand identity and message which resonates both with the needs of the target market and with the value proposition of the business, accommodating new brand identity needs from time to time. - Communicate the brand promise to audiences by making use of all touchpoints and channels. - Advise multiple teams on branding strategy and through development of brand tools. Creative Design Expert - Develop and maintain a consistent creative vision for a company’s brand and projects. - Establish budgets and timeframes. - Oversee creative projects from concept to final product. - Oversee corporate branded gear program. Webmaster - Lead website renewal project from start to finish - Improve intranet through design and user experience analysis. - Maintain online content with regular review and updates. - Mitigate website errors by running tests to ensure designs or updates function properly. - Monitoring online traffic and performance. Marketing Technology Guru - Develop, implement, continually assess marketing technology strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness of marketing campaigns. - Manage data collection and analysis to optimize campaigns and maximize ROI. - Train and support internal teams on the use of marketing technology and best practices. - Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and cybersecurity best practices. - Evaluate and recommend new marketing technologies to improve workflow and enhance customer experience. **You will bring**: - Bachelor’s degree is desired, preferably in business, marketing, or communications, etc. - Education or training in graphic design and design software. - Previous experience in the mortgage industry is strongly desired. - Previous experience with website design and content management. - Hands-on knowledge of core digital marketing tools including Adobe Programs (Creative Cloud, Acrobat), HubSpot, Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, etc. - Must be an adaptable team player who thrives in a fast-paced work environment. - Highly organized, ability to take initiative and be independent. - Bilingualism (English and French) considered an asset **What we offer**: At Strive, we offer competitive pay and perks, that include, but are not limited to: - Competitive base salary and discretionary incentive pay - Vacation, Paid time off, and holidays - Competitive benefits package that starts i
