Join the Taste Hospitality Group as an Experienced Server for the Spring/Summer Season

Are you a skilled and passionate server looking to join a dynamic and thriving restaurant team? Taste Hospitality Group's is hiring at Cohen's Beer Republic. We are seeking talented and experienced servers to provide exceptional service to our valued customers in our welcoming and vibrant environment. **Interviews will be conducted the 2nd week in April.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide top-notch service to our guests by taking orders and delivering them with precision and care.
- Maintain an extensive knowledge of our menu items and make recommendations based on guest preferences.
- Engage with customers, answer their questions, and ensure a memorable dining experience.
- Keep the dining area clean and organized, including setting and resetting tables.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure efficient communication and service.
- Process payments accurately and efficiently.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 2 years of serving experience in a fast-paced restaurant or hospitality environment.
- Strong knowledge of our menu items, ingredients, and dietary information.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with guests and provide exceptional service.
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Ability to excel in a high-pressure environment and adapt to changing demands.
- Availability to work daytime and nighttime shifts, including weekends and holidays.
