**Role Overview**

Join Thermal Intelligence’s shop team to build, wire, and service control panels, diesel gensets, and related electro-mechanical systems for our manufactured equipment. Work is process-driven with repeatable tasks, balanced with hands-on problem solving and field support when needed.

**What You’ll Do**
- Build, wire, and install electrical control panels from drawings and wiring diagrams.
- Fabricate and install diesel engine control harnesses; route and terminate low-voltage/control wiring.
- Assist with design input, test procedures, and implementation of electrical and mechanical systems.
- Perform maintenance and troubleshooting on diesel engines, generators, electrical power, and control systems.
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe shop and office areas.

**Minimum Requirements**
- Valid Class 5 driver’s license.
- Ability to use basic hand tools (wire strippers, crimpers, multimeter, screwdrivers, etc.).
- Organized, self-motivated, dependable; able to follow drawings/SOPs and work independently or in a small team.

**Nice to Have (Not Required)**
- 1-5+ years in any of: electrical panel building, industrial wiring, genset service, automotive/heavy-equipment/electromechanical repair, instrumentation, or millwrighting.
- Ability to read electrical schematics and create neat, labeled terminations.
- Experience with diesel engines/generators, PLCs, VFDs, relays, and control devices.
