**About the Opportunity**

Reporting to the Coordinator, the **Manager** is responsible for ensuring person-centered services for people supported so that they may reach their potential with equal opportunity and fully participate in the community around them. As a Manager, you would:

- Provide effective leadership within a fast-paced environment
- Ensure a high level of individual and team performance
- Assist in the implementation and maintenance of policies, procedures and initiatives
- Have daily responsibility for staff scheduling and documentation
- Oversee day-to-day service delivery
- Ensure a commitment to the vision, mission and values of enVision

**Qualifications**
- A minimum of two years supervisory/management experience is preferred, with experience and education/training in the Disability sector considered an asset
- Strong relationship building skills and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach in resolving issues
- Excellent organization skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to take initiative and work independently.
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office / Outlook
- Manual dexterity required to use desktop/laptop computers or other devices

**Additional Requirements**
- Valid Manitoba Class 5F License and access to vehicle required.
- Valid First Aid & CPR Level C certificate or willingness to obtain.
- Criminal record check with Clear Vulnerable Sector check (current within last 3 months).
- Clear Child and Adult abuse registry check (current within last 3 months).

**Additional Information**
- Hours of Work: 80 hours bi-weekly (Between 24 to 28 hours of Admin, and the remaining hours as Direct Support Professional); Monday-Friday. Has to be on call after work hours from Monday to Sunday at least one week per month. Overtime may be required depending on operational needs.
- Working Environment: 100% On-site
