**Team Leader - Inside Sales & Technical Support** **General Description** The Inside Sales Team Leader position is a combination of active selling and support of other team members. The Team Leader will “lead by example” support and coordinate daily activities of "inside" sales representatives engaged in working with customers and salesreps in selling automation solutions. Recommends changes to current inside sales techniques or procedures based on team performance and new selling techniques. Support the Inside Sales team through motivation and team building techniques; leads and directs the work of others. Performs other related duties as assigned. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. **Responsibilities**: - Support the Inside Sales Team - Leading the Inside Sales Team while planning, organizing the process activities of: production and operations, customer service - Build & sustain a high performance team providing professional development to enhance the overall branch performance - Coordinate a training schedule with our suppliers to ensure that the Inside Sales Team is continuously trained on products offered and to ensure that they have the technical knowledge requirements to perform their duties - Coordinate and provide training for Inside Sales new employees and ensure that the Inside Sales team is following the operation guide - Schedule meetings with the Inside Sales team to continually seek department improvement and work with office manager to achievement overall Operations targets and plans - Margin review of daily invoices - Responsible for review of new opportunities and quote on public tenders - Interact with Team to ensure quotations are processed on a timely basis and follow-up is done; lead management - Assist Inside Sales Team on daily Interaction with customers to sell and promote automation solutions - Work directly with and support Outside Sales staff - Enter contracts into P21 - Promotions of products offered by Proax **Work Experience Requirements**: - Solid customer service background - Strong leadership skills and communication skills - Ability to work in a high volume, fast paced atmosphere - Attention to details - Well organized **Education Requirements**: - Technology Diploma - Entry level Marketing Skills as asset - Strong computer skills; Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite software and Excel Windows is required with five years of experience - Bilingual in English and French preferred
