The requirements are below, but what matters most is that you're willing to grow. We invest in potential and hire people who take initiative and have a desire to learn. In this position, we’ll provide you with on-the-job training for the machinery and technology you’ll be using.
You must be 18+ years to be considered for this position. Working nights, weekends, and holidays may sometimes be required.
**Your daily tasks will include**:
- Working closely with your teammates to move items efficiently through the production process to meet customer expectations and deadlines
- Operating various equipment like our state-of-the-art printers that use direct-to-garment technology (a method that prints ink directly on clothing to produce a high-quality and vibrant product in a more sustainable way)
- Learning the responsibilities of different workstations to build up your skill set as a member of our team
- Having a hand in several parts of our fulfillment process including picking, sorting, packing, and shipping items for our customers
- Performing a quality control check on finished products to make sure all items are correct and meet our standards
In this role, we’ll expect you to:
- Be punctual and reliable

- Stand and work in a fast-paced environment for 8 hours
- Be adaptable and open-minded
- Be comfortable with technology
- Be fluent in English (speaking, reading, and writing)
- Have reliable transportation

- 7:00 am to 3:00 pm. The rate of pay is $16.00 per hour.**
**This is a seasonal position ONLY. There is a possibility that you will be hired on as a permanent full-time employee.**
