**Job Title/& Description**: Collision Centre Manager

**Position Overview**:
As Collision Centre Manager, you will oversee all aspects of the department, ensuring efficient operations, inspecting the quality and skilled workmanship, possessing a detailed understanding of costing, gross profit percentages, and a consistent focus on inventory controls, shop supply recovery and all dept-related expenses. You will display exemplary customer service skills and understand the complexities and rules connected to all partners. (direct repair insurance, dealers, manufacturer warranty, customer pay and internal/in-house sources of work) Excellent communication with your experienced team and with all other Dealership departments will be paramount to your success.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and supervise a team of technicians, painters, and customer support representatives
- Oversee the scheduling and allocation of work orders,
- Ensure timely completion of repairs, refine cycle times, and closely monitor quality of workmanship
- Monitor inventory levels and order necessary parts and supplies
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment, and fully embrace the laws and direction provided by the health and safety committee
- Provide training, research guidance, and support to staff on technical issues, keeping pace with industry demands and evolving technologies
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees, always coaching their efforts and contributions to align with departmental goals
- Address customer concerns and resolve any issues promptly with customer satisfaction and best in class
- customer experience as your primary goal.
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize shop operations and profitability.

**Qualifications**:

- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team-first culture
- Exceptional computer, organizational and time management abilities (dealership experience preferred, including proficiency in Repair Center, Audatex, PBS, and any prior DMS software experience.
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of Dealership/Manufacturer processes/guidelines and operations
- Establish a positive and collaborative work environment, and lead by example

- High proficiency in inventory management and ordering processes

Pay: $65,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
