**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Engage with potential clients through door-to-door sales to promote and sell Pristine Property Servicing’s offerings.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to drive business growth.
- Understand client needs and effectively communicate the benefits of our services.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance goals.
- Conduct market research within your assigned area to identify potential customers.
- Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach during all interactions.
- Track sales activities and report progress to the sales manager regularly.
- Collaborate with the team to share insights and refine sales strategies.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in sales (door-to-door or field sales).
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and trust.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and resilient in a competitive environment.
- Access to a vehicle is an asset but not required.
- Flexible schedule, with availability on weekdays and weekends.
