**Responsibilities**:
- Extract, clean, and transform data from various sources within the client database.
- Perform exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
- Develop and implement statistical models to analyze data and generate insights.
- Create visualizations, reports and dashboards to communicate findings effectively.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand organization requirements and translate them into data-driven solutions.
- Identify opportunities for data-driven process improvements and automation.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest data analysis techniques and tools.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in data analysis and manipulation.
- Strong proficiency in data manipulation and analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Python, R, Excel, Google Sheets, PowerQuery).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate complex findings clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., LookerStudio, Tableau, Power BI).
- Knowledge of machine learning and statistical modeling techniques.
- Experience with client relationship management (CRM) systems.
