**Contract Position from May - December**

Our **Construction Labourer** is responsible for installing materials for cathodic protection installation construction service projects. This position collaborates with the foreman and/or project manager to review field files and understand the job requirements for materials and installations. This role builds and maintains continuous and profitable working relationships with our customers.

**What You'll Do**:

- Notify construction foreman of unanticipated field changes and suggest possible alternatives
- Participate in weekly toolbox safety meetings and document equipment safety inspection audits
- Attend company-sponsored safety training seminars and

educational programs
- Document deficiencies in safety practices/equipment to the construction foreman
- Operate and maintain company vehicles and equipment safely at all times, and report vehicle and equipment maintenance requirements to construction foreman
- Additional duties as assigned

**What We Need from You**:

- Minimum of 200 hours construction experience in the oil & gas industry
- Must be able to operate a 5-speed manual vehicle as well as a 1 ton vehicle
- Must be capable of hooking up a trailer hitch
- Successful completion of pre-employment drug & medical testing is a condition of employment
- Class 5 Driver's License with reasonable Driver's Abstract required; Class 1 license is a plus
- Ability to travel (including overnight travel) and work overtime on a regular basis, work outdoors in all weather conditions, and lift 50 lbs regularly
- Travel (shifts: 10 and 4 or 11 and 3)
