Due to continued growth, Brandt is currently seeking a Project Manager - Service & Marketing

You are a key player in the growth and development of the Service sales and margin. You need to work closely with the CSA’s and Branch Service Managers to execute Brandt customer programs. You will provide the necessary tools and support for service products and will be relied on by all branches for your experience and knowledge of these products and services. You will lead development of all new Service Marketing programs

**SPECIFIC OBJECTIVES AND MEASURES**
- Execution and growth of existing Service Marketing programs
- Development and implementation of new Service Marketing programs

**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Manage complete Service Marketing portfolio of products (ReLife, Inspection Programs, Block Labour, Extended Warranty, and others)
- Interface with key suppliers to learn best practices and implement in Brandt
- Work with Marketing to develop applicable Marketing and communication materials to promote products
- Develop necessary tools to support effective execution such as quoting templates or customer presentation guides
- Coach, Support and Educate CSAs as required on applicable products
- Develop and Deliver training programs to develop CSA’s, Parts and Service Managers
- Product Expert/Resource Communicator
- Assist CSAs on key accounts customer management
- Market Intelligence on competition, customers, pricing and segment trends
- Analyze results to identify opportunities for CSA’s and branches.
- Identify new Service product opportunities and work internally to provide

**QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS**

Skills you will need
- Good understanding of branch service department processes and procedures
- Good understanding of customer needs as it relates to service labour
- Excellent communication, presentation & interpersonal skills, customer service, business and negotiation skills
- Highly organized with the ability to work well under time pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Be creative, a self-starter, team player, fast learner, detail oriented, and conscientious with a drive to “win”
- Excellent interpersonal skills and strong presentation skills
- Flexibility to accommodate changing priorities and accountability to meet deadlines
- Decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Process design, development, execution, and management skills
- Creative approach to problem solving and execution
- Strong collaboration and relationship building skills to drive results through influencing
- Ability to maintain relationships with key customers for executive-level relationship management
