This isn’t your simple “highball” establishment, we develop high level Mixologists and Chefs who are passionate and driven to **CREATE**

35 - 40 hours a week

(one day shift / 4 evening/night shifts)

Starting Compensation - $17.80 / hr

Plus tip share - avg $14k / year

**Must haves**
- Genuine smile
- Desire to learn about **Cocktails** and **Food** pairings
- An amazing work ethic
- Coachable attitude
- Drive to tackle new challenges and question the status quo.
- 1-3+ years bartending experience (Even if you’ve never LED the team, we want to meet you)

**Activities and Responsibilities**
- Managing the business aspects of the bar, such as keeping a current liquor license, taking inventory and reordering supplies, managing budgets, and setting goals.
- Assisting in hiring and training staff to provide excellent service to patrons.
- Assisting in creating effective schedules and quickly resolving conflicts to ensure that the bar is well staffed during peak hours.
- Setting and enforcing quality and safety controls.
- Ensuring licenses are updated and in line with current legislation.
- Working with diverse personalities both on the staff and patrons.
- Assisting in planning and taking part in promotional events.
- Diffusing tense situations between patrons or staff members to prevent possible safety or legal issues, ejecting unruly persons, if needed.
- Maintaining a fun, safe atmosphere for patrons.

**Lead Bar Supervisor Requirements**:

- Restaurant or management experience or more education is generally preferred.
- Strong understanding of business management and accounting principles.
- Excellent computer, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to work during peak hours, including late nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to walk, stand, and carry heavy items in a fast-paced, exciting and challenging environment.
