Security Area Supervisor

**What you will do**
- Supervise and train the security team to ensure Post Orders are being followed accurately.
- Ensure the safety and security of the site to prevent break-ins, theft, and entry of unauthorized individuals.
- Provide access control to authorized parties, vendors, and monitor the CCTV system.
- Conduct exterior patrols of the client's site and produce incident reports documenting any security violations such as vandalism, theft, etc.
- Review, verify for accuracy and finalize incident reports.
- Ensure that guards are properly uniformed per their specific roles.
- Deal with onsite issues as requested by the District Manager.
- Provide key control measures when needed.
- Cover floor time if needed.
- Defuse disturbances by company policies and procedures.
- Escalate situation to law enforcement as required.
- Respond to emergency situations appropriately in a timely manner.
- Provide exceptional customer service to staff, customers, and patrons, at the site.
- Perform security duties with the highest degree of professionalism and integrity.
- Any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as may be assigned to you from time to time consistent with your abilities and qualifications.
- A Valid Security License
- Prior Supervisory Security experience.
- Experience writing incident reports
- Experience leading a team of security agents
- Valid Driver’s License and own vehicle
- Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Willingness to attend meetings and improve skills
- Ability to work without close supervision

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
