**Wolf Health & Safety Services** is a provider of On-Site & Clinic Medic services to industrial and non-industrial clients across Western Canada At this time we are currently hiring an **Office Administrator (Part Time)** based in our Leduc, AB office. _Schedule can be semi-flexible as long as business needs are supported. _

**The Office Administrator's primary focus is to take charge of the accounts receivable and accounts payable functions (Book Keeper duties) for Wolf Health & Safety Services and our sister medic company.**

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- _**AR/AP/Book Keeper Duties is the primary duties for this role.**_
- Coding & keying of invoices
- Client billing
- Month end preparation
- Respond and resolve vendor issues
- Respond to audit requests
- Process payments (Cheques, ETFs, etc.)
- Setting up new vendors and supplies
- Matching invoices to purchase orders
- Maintaining digital files and records
- Reporting, Mailing, Filing
- Answering phones and responding to inquiries
- Following up on outstanding invoices & payments
- Implementing AR and AP systems (Tracking, and controls)
- Other AR / AP or general admin duties
- Other duties as assigned

**Experience Required**:

- Prior general administration
- Prior AR/AP experience
- Prior administration in a Oil and gas services company
- Strong Customer Service
- Business administration courses, diploma, or degree a strong asset
- General computer and computer programs/systems experience

**SKILLS**:

- Excellent, positive interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
- Functional knowledge and abilities with computer systems, programs, various softwares and databases
- Coordination among Team Members
- Must be reliable, dependable, and capable of working in a fast paced, team environment
- Strong attention to detail
- High degree of accuracy

Hourly Part Time $25 - $30 Per Hour. Role may develop into a Full Time role in the future.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Work Location: In person
