**Work Orders/Time Sheets & Hours**
- Responsible for picking up timecards and timesheets and confirming its accuracy
- Responsible for entering in employees hours
- Responsible for confirming accuracy of Time & Materials report
- Responsible for entering in hours from time sheets into Master time sheet

**Accounts Payable**
- Entering in AP invoices
- Running weekly reports for invoice payments
- Processing payments of AP invoices
- Print cheques and give to Manager to sign off for approval
- Periodically contacting Vendors to get invoices
- Reconciling credit card payments
- Filing AP invoices

**Accounts Receivable**
- Entering in AR invoices
- Periodically contact customers for payment (All customers are businesses, not personal clients)
- Entering in cheques received in the mail with ChequePro
- Filing AR invoices

**Job Types**: Part-time, Fixed term contract

Flexible Language Requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Morning shift

**Experience**:

- Bookkeeping: 1 year (preferred)
- Microsoft Excel: 1 year (preferred)
