The Job:
This isn't your typical 8-hour workday Our pay structure is based on completing a mitigation service day within 4-6 hours on most jobs (a little longer during training). While some jobs may occasionally reach the full 8-hour mark, this is a rarity (and you get paid $20/hr for jobs lasting longer than 6 hours). Our usual schedule runs from around 8:30 AM to 12:30 PM - 3:30 PM.

You'll Earn:

- Even if you only work 3-5 hours (which can happen), you'll receive a minimum of $125 per day - a fair wage for your dedication.
- Jobs that last longer than 6 hours will be paid at $20/hour.

Work-Life Balance:
Enjoy a Monday to Friday schedule, leaving your weekends free to relax and recharge. (Weekend shifts are available if needed)

Physical Aptitude:
Our job can be physically demanding, involving lifting bins weighing up to 50 lbs up and down stairs. Get ready to stay active

**Responsibilities**:

- Install and assemble various products according to specifications and instructions
- Use hand tools and power tools to complete installations
- Ensure that installations are completed accurately and efficiently
- Clean and restore work areas after installations are complete

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in installation or a related field is preferred
- Proficient in using hand tools and power tools
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Good communication and teamwork abilities

As an Installer, you will be responsible for the proper installation and assembly of various products. You will use a combination of hand tools and power tools to complete installations according to specifications and instructions. Attention to detail is crucial in ensuring that installations are completed accurately and efficiently. After completing installations, you will also be responsible for cleaning and restoring work areas.

Pay: $20.00-$21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
