We are looking for an experienced plumber.

Someone who has the ability to work on multi suite projects. Someone who can work independently with direction from the project manager and office staff. We primarily do commercial new construction and renovation / T.I. construction.

Actual Mechanical does plumbing work for new construction, light commercial and some multi-unit residential work sites. The position is for work on a current project. Experience is an asset.

**Requirements**:

- Must be living in Canada
- Must be a 3rd, 4th yr or JM level
- Must have plumbing experience in Canada, know plumbing building code
- Commercial and residential plumbing experience is required
- Valid driver's license is required
- Willing and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and listening skills
- Good Mechanical and Technical skills
- Must be able to read/follow blueprints
- Must be punctual
- Must be physically able to lift up to 50 lbs

Prior experience in the following will be considered an asset:

- CSTS-09
- First Aid
- Fall protection
- Aerial / Lift truck -Work platform training
- Journeyman Ticket or 3rd or 4th yr Registered Apprentice Plumber/Gasfitter

Pay: $34.00-$42.00 per hour
