**Overview**
Seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Painter. Experience in both residential and commercial painting. This role requires a commitment to quality work and the ability to prepare surfaces. The Painter will work on various projects, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.

**Responsibilities**
- Use hand tools effectively to complete tasks such as caulking and touch-ups.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring all tools and materials are stored properly.
- Follow safety protocols at all times while working on-site or using equipment.

**Requirements**:

- Ability to commute. Own transportation and Valid drivers license is a plus.
- Eager to learn different technics.
- Provide basic painting hand tools
- Provide experience in construction painting.
- Strong time management skills to meet deadlines without compromising quality.
- Basic knowledge with residential painting techniques.
- Ability to prepare surfaces effectively, ensuring high-quality finishes.
- Experience using various hand tools related to painting.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Experience using paint sprayers effectively is a plus.
