**Responsibilities**:

- Enter Payment plans into SAP and track payments
- Invoice customers and other companies
- Send monthly statements to customers
- Send reminders of overdue balances
- Liaise with the Warehouse and Customer Service Teams on payment status
- Monthly bank reconciliation
- Answer customer inquiries regarding payment status, process etc.
- On-site support at local events
- Liaise with various department to obtain invoices and approvals
- Compile invoices, match backup
- Enter invoices into SAP
- Prepare cheque runs and any online payments
- Maintain soft and hard copy filing system including SAP attachments
- Contact vendors and/or employees for backup
- Process Employee Expense Reports
- Assisting with the accounts payable function as needed
- Assist other team members as required
- Assisting the Accounting Department and Cross-Departmental projects as required
- Ad-hoc projects as assigned by Manager

**Qualifications**:

- College degree or higher
- 2+ years accounting/finance experience, or in a similar position
- Strong experience working with major accounting software - SAP Business One/Hana is an asset
- Intermediate working knowledge of Microsoft Excel is required
- Collections experience an asset
- AP invoicing an asset
- Ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with all levels of employees
- Proactive and independent
- Bilingual would be an asset

- Ability to track queries/requests, and ensuring follow-up by self or others with other departments.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $42,189.00-$43,505.00 per year
