**Job Title**: Planning and Priorities Analyst
**Location**: Richmond, BC
**Job Overview**:
We are looking for a Planning and Priorities Analyst to join a growing company for a large site in Richmond. We are looking for someone who bring professionalism and accuracy to this fast-paced position.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Craft and manage an efficient schedule for the execution of regular and periodic work according to the contract, such as:
- Carpet cleaning
- Exterior cleaning
- High dusting
- Glass cleaning
- Work with management and staff to collaborate and maintain coordination
- Support analysis of schedule, identify, investigate and report on project schedule variances.
- Collect and update data and produce scheduling reports.
- Support monthly report preparation.
- May participate in planning and scheduling meetings to gain insight to planning and scheduling issues.
- Maintain customer confidence and protect operations by keeping information confidential
- Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
**Requirements**:
- Experience in Operations, Scheduling, Project Management or Logistics, or demonstrated competence to do the work as outlined
- Proven ability to manage projects and deliverables and prioritize under the pressure of tight deadlines.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills. This role requires someone highly organized with good follow-up
- Professionalism
- Strong verbal and written communication
- The nature of this role requires that the incumbent work on site 5 days/week
- Microsoft Office skills, especially proficiency in Word and Excel
