BlueStone Properties Inc. has been an award-winning industry leader in property management, construction, and development for three generations. We are growing and currently seeking a full-time live-in Assistant Building Manager to join our CFAA and FRPO award-winning residential team.

SUMMARY*
This is a full-time live-in position that assists with the daily operations of the building and surrounding grounds. Reporting to the Building Manager, the Assistant Building Manager will have onsite support from our passionate and dedicated in-house maintenance and grounds team.

**DUTIES**
- Assist with tenant concerns
- Complete minor in suite repairs
- Maintain cleanliness of common areas and units including emptying waste containers and moving bins for city pick up
- Assist with move-ins and move-outs
- Perform daily grounds check
**REQUIREMENTS**
- 1-2 years of experience in residential building management/superintendent capacity
- Experience with basic residential maintenance and minor repairs
- Proficient with computer and smartphone
- Proficient spoken and written English
- Courteous manners with the public
- Punctual and reliable
- Must be able to work independently of direct supervision
