Operations Coordinator

Overview:
**Duties**:
- Coordinate daily operational tasks and provide support to various departments
- Manage schedules and appointments
- Prepare & ensure that the driver’s schedule comply with labour laws and regulation
- Perform data entry and maintain records for Fleet
- Assist in organizing and maintaining office systems
- Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service
- Proofread documents for accuracy
- Collaborate with team members to achieve operational goals
- Prepare and Complete _IFTA_ report
- Update records and provide reports as required
Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills/Time management
- Excellent customer service abilities
- Proficiency in computerized systems
- Data entry experience/Office Experience
- Have knowledge of completing the IFTA report
- Attention to detail

- IFTA REPORTING: 1 year (preferred)
