**Food & Beverage Supervisor**

Located in Uxbridge, Ontario Mill Run Golf & Country Club is currently hiring a **Food and Beverage Supervisor **to join our team.

Reporting to the Food & Beverage Manager.

Supervises: Full-time and part-time Front of House F&B serving staff.

**The F&B Supervisor will**:
Coach, supervise, and motivate hourly staff - with reports back to F&B Manager regarding areas of improvement.
- Have flexible full-time availability; holiday, evening and weekend shifts are required
- Assist in the set up and coordinating special functions with the Event Manager.
- With the guidance of the F&B manager, address and resolve issues with staff, members and event guests.

The Food and Beverage Supervisor will support F&B management in leading the team to provide the highest level of service to all Members and guests and ensuring our standards are always upheld.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Ensure that the restaurant and restaurant facilities are kept clean, well-stocked and organized at all times.
- Handle closing procedure for the Dining Room, member lounge and ballroom when required.
- Tables checks throughout service for satisfaction and feedback.
- Other duties as assigned and required by management.
- Have exceptional attention to detail.
- Be a positive individual.
- Demonstrates the ability to follow directions and meet deadlines.
- Be able to work well under pressure and effectively balance multiple tasks.
- Be an effective communicator and passionate about working in a team environment.
- Be proficient in POS Systems is considered an asset.
- Have Smart Serve certification.
- Be able to work legally in Canada.

The F&B Supervisor is a working role, meaning the supervisor not only supports the service team, but takes tables and participates in service, help run food, clearing tables, seating guests, and general clerical/cashier duties when needed.
- Have own reliable transportation and be able to work **full-time all year long.**

**Salary**: $40,000.00 per year
