THE OPPORTUNITY

We are currently searching for a passionate individual to join our growing team as our Guest Experience & Events Manager, to start immediately.

DUTIES

Guest Experience Manager
- Reservation management
- Set up restaurant floor plans on the reservation system, Tock
- Identify ways to better align with operational goals, such as increasing table turnover, alleviating overbooking, developing a repeat customer base
- Build guest relations
- Grow brand awareness by facilitating reservations at other establishments

Large Party and Events Lead
- Manage large party and buyout requests
- Work with external clients and internal FOH/BOH teams to create BEOs
- Clearly communicate BEO and event plan to Management to ensure seamless execution of the event

This position is full time, 40hrs per week with a competitive wage. Other benefits include:

QUALIFICATIONS

A passion for food, wine, cocktails, and a desire to learn and grow in the hospitality industry is a bonus.
