We are currently recruiting for an experienced **Civil **Foreman** to support our project in Northern BC. Shift is 14/14, camp accomodation and travel allowances provided.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct daily safety meetings.
- Set up work completion schedules
- Assist with project estimating, including labour, supplies and materials.
- Execute work in line with federal, provincial and client and company quality standards, codes and safety regulations.
- Communicating the job to and with craft workers
- Supervising crew tasks
- Daily interactions with client on progress and project requirements.
- Assist Project Manager on daily reports, schedules and manpower.

**Requirements**:

- Strong leadership and supervisory experience is a definite asset
- Experience in heavy civil and road work
- Can conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Flexible during times of change.
- Good written and oral communication skills
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment is crucial
- Previous experience in civil/earthworks projects

**Benefits**

OCL offers competitive industry wages and benefit eligibility after three months. Camp accommodations are provided. Shift travel allowance of $500.00 per rotation and a $50.00 per day camp bonus.
