**The Job**: Reporting to the store owners, the Retail Sales Associate is responsible for providing and maintaining a positive, friendly, inclusive, selling experience with all customers to ensure a memorable shopping experience.

**Responsibilities Include**:

- Ensuring outstanding service by ensuring our shoppers are finding what they are looking for by greeting them, assisting them, and being knowledgeable about our products.
- Answer questions about the rental process, policies, and bookings
- Assisting in merchandising displays and store cleanliness.
- Replenishing merchandise, monitoring floor stock and processing shipments.
- Assist customers with fitting rooms
- Processing purchases, refunds or bookings at the cash register.
- Perform store opening and closing tasks
- Other tasks as assigned

**What we are looking for**:

- Previous retail experience
- Must be friendly, outgoing, and customer service orientated
- Fashion-conscious and service oriented
- Team oriented and works well with others
- Experience with cash handling and POS systems
- Multitask and work well under pressure
- Must maintain a professional appearance
- Good listener with strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Provide good advice and ensure that the client looks and feels her very best
- Available to work weekend, evening and holiday shifts
- Able to lift 20 lbs or more
