**Responsibilities**
- Be a courageous safety leader, adhere to and sponsor safety and environmental rules and procedures
- Plan, schedule, and deploy Windows patches and updates using SCCM and Intune to ensure security and stability
- Troubleshoot patching failures by analyzing logs, performing root cause analysis, and taking corrective action
- Maintain and improve SCCM infrastructure, including distribution points and client health monitoring
- Develop and maintain Intune-based update policies for cloud-managed devices
- Work closely with cybersecurity teams to ensure vulnerabilities are addressed in a timely manner
- Maintain and update Group Policies (GPOs) related to patch management and security baselines
- Communicate and collaborate with server owners to ensure patch compliance
- Analyze patching processes to identify areas for improvement and efficiency
- Stay up to date with Microsoft patching best practices and emerging technologies related to endpoint management
- Assist in endpoint security and system hardening initiatives to minimize security risks
**Qualifications**
- A degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
- Microsoft certifications and 3-5 years of experience in SCCM patch management, Windows Server administration, and endpoint management
- Experience working with the ServiceNow change and incident management processes
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and be adaptable to respond effectively to issues as they arise
- Self-motivated and able to prioritize amongst multiple projects at once
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Spanish language skills are an asset
