- Role Overview:
- We are looking for a talented and independent co-op student to support the Customer Base Marketing team. The Co-op, Customer Base Marketing, is responsible for assisting the Marketing Manager with the delivery of campaigns from concept to execution.-
- Key Responsibilities- Support drive to digital initiatives by working with digital team to identify new opportunities and execute initiatives to meet KPIs
- Act as a liaison between Marketing, Creative Agency, Legal, Data team and other cross-functional teams to ensure alignment in all campaigns
- Support spend stimulation campaigns by working cross-functionally with agency and enterprise partners to drive in-store spend
- Help support our communications strategy by monitoring analytics and providing strategic recommendations to improve KPIs such as: open rate, click rate and click to open rate
- Assist in monitoring, tracking, and communicating campaign reporting for Senior Management
- Co-Collaborate with lines of business across PC Financial (product strategy, credit risk, digital) and external suppliers (e.g., marketing agencies) in support of various initiatives
- Support regulatory/operational initiatives as required.
- Support communications via statement channel and digital platform
- Support team with ad-hoc requests as needed
- Proofread marketing materials for clarity, grammar and spelling
- Administer budget, including tracking, reporting and invoicing
- Assist in ensuring business issues, customer complaints, etc are resolved in a timely manner
- Work with the legal team to ensure compliance of all assigned campaigns.
- What You’ll Need- In school for marketing/business.
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint).
- Analytical and problem solving skills.
- Interpersonal and communication skills (written & verbal).
- Project Management and time management skills.
- Financial acumen
- Detail and process oriented
