**In this position, you will**:

- Report to the Finance Manager and provide financial administrative services in the Accounts Payable area.
- Prepare and process accounts payable invoices, costing, and other related accounting activities.
- Ensure all expenditures are accurate and vendors are paid within established time frames.
- Oversee the central inventory process to ensure appropriate levels of stock are on hand for site distribution.
- Reconcile computer balances to vendor statements.
- Prepare invoices for data entry.
- Perform other duties as required.

**What will be required for the position**:

- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in written and spoken English.
- Ability to maintain high accuracy in preparing and entering data.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Diploma/certificate in Accounting or Bookkeeping
- 1-3 years' previous experience working in accounting.
- Current satisfactory Criminal Record Check.
- Must be bondable.
