**Steele Chevrolet** is seeking a **Fleet Manager** to join our team
As a **Fleet Manager** for **Steele Chevrolet**, you are responsible for developing new fleet business while maintaining existing client base in order to achieve predetermined sales objectives. This role handles new and existing clients through direct customer contact and follow-up deals with lease companies. An understanding of the Manufacturer’s parts and having strong initiative is essential for this role.
**Responsibilities include but are not limited to**:
- Develop, review, and manage all commercial accounts and contracts to identify growth opportunities and areas for development.
- Identify prospects, develop contacts with fleet accounts, understand customer needs, propose solutions, prepare presentations, and close transactions.
- Collaborate with various internal departments on their vehicle needs and issues.
- Prepare vehicle specifications based on fleet requirements.
- Perform other duties as required.
**Requirements**:
- Valid driver’s license and maintenance of clean driver abstract
- Ability to collaborate with internal business partners, senior management, and suppliers
- Excellent organizational, strategic, planning, and implementation skills
- Ability to follow through and complete overlapping projects
- PBS knowledge is considered an asset
