Based in St Thomas, Ontario, we have grown from a residential construction company to a full-service land planning and residential development organization, offering a seamless home-building experience.
**Who We're Looking For**:
- A dedicated sales professional
- Outgoing, approachable, and skilled at engaging new customers
- Self-motivated, efficient with excellent decision-making skills
- Reliable, with strong communication skills including MS Office and sales-specific software
**Qualifications**:
- College diploma or degree is Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience in sales and/or marketing, ideally in residential construction
- Valid G driver’s license and a reliable vehicle for transportation to the various presentation centres
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Customer Engagement and Sales -**welcome customers, conduct a needs assessment, facilitate financial discussions, prepare quotations, and guide customers through the sales process
- **Administration Duties -**track leads, update records, prepare reports, maintain marketing materials, coordinate pricing and complex customer requests
- **Presentation Centre -**open and close centres daily, perform routine checks for cleanliness and readiness, address basic maintenance issues
- **Sales Process Support -**conduct working drawing reviews, prepare sales forms, attend and occasionally lead pre-delivery inspections (PDIs) and electrical plan review meetings (EPRs)

Our standard work week for this role in our various Presentation Centres is Tuesday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM, and Saturdays, 9:30 AM to 4:00 PM. Flexibility to work extended hours during peak sales periods is required.
Pay: $70,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
