At **On Point Minutes**, we specialize in providing professional, accurate, and confidential meeting minutes for businesses, organizations, and condominium boards. We ensure that every key decision, discussion, and action item is captured with precision and clarity.

We’re looking for **detail-oriented, reliable, and professional** minute takers to join our team on a **contract basis**. If you have strong listening, writing, and organizational skills, we’d love to hear from you

**Responsibilities**:
Attend meetings (virtually or in person, as required)
Take clear, structured, and comprehensive meeting minutes
Summarize key discussions, decisions, and action items
Format and proofread minutes for accuracy and professionalism
Deliver finalized minutes within specified deadlines
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times

**Requirements**:
✔ **Proven experience** in minute-taking, administration, or a related field
✔ **Strong written communication skills** with attention to detail
✔ **Fast and accurate typing speed**
✔ **Ability to work independently** and meet tight deadlines
✔ **Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Google Docs, and other documentation tools**
✔ **University education preferred** (degree in English, Business, Communications, or a related field is a plus)
✔ **Access to a reliable computer and internet connection**

✔ **Access to a vehicle preferred**
