**Wholistic Growth & Partnership**:
The division of WG&P is responsible for the fundraising and sustainability of the organization. This division spearheads funding requests for core and special projects, bringing forward new opportunities that fit the evolving mission. This division will help set and build the future of the Pinnguaq Association.

**What does success look like**:

- Pinnguaq’s grants - from prospecting funding opportunities to grant writing to grant management and reporting - are well coordinated.
- Tracking of grant pipeline is accurate, up to date and easily understood.
- Recording of grant files is consistent, includes all relevant information and is up to date.
- Silos between Operations and Development are non-existent to support a smooth execution process from grant strategy through to reporting.
- Pinnguaq provides timely reporting to funders in advance of due dates and with well formed process for internal stakeholder to avoid last minute scrambles.
- Our funding partners understand the value of the dollars they contribute to the organization.
- Pinnguaq is making data-driven decisions to best serve our community-led initiatives.
- The story of Pinnguaq’s impact is well understood and meaningfully shared.

**Responsibilities**:

- Follow Seamless Project Intake, Evaluation and Reporting System (SPIERS)
- Project Conception and Initiation: Review eligibility and vet for program match, add/track in pipeline with relevant info, create Google Drive folders for opportunity, create strategy grant forms, update submissions, follow-up on pending, execute CA
- Project Intake & Launch Upon Grant Award: Tracking all awarded projects in a Project Registry.
- Project Performance & Control: Tracking all reporting requirements, prompting process and supporting report development and submission
- Project Close: Helping with the documentation of each phase of the project, as well as making summary and update reports that will be presented to the organization’s management team.
- Finding ways to improve project coordination

**Grant Management**:

- Managing a pipeline of funding opportunities through excel spreadsheets.
- Becomes proficient and support implementation of new CRM to transition to online system tracking and become lead administrator for new grant tracking system including report generation. Maintain and update databases with grant information and contact information and status
- Responds to inquiries and information requests
- Complete strategy and transition grant forms
- Manage the CA execution
- Provide status reports when needed
- When required support grant writing and other associated tasks (letters of support, grant inquiries, historical research etc.,)

**Reporting/Evaluation**:

- Track and lead coordination of grant reporting. Coordinates, collects and centralizes all information about program level performance indicators.
- Work closely with Delivery and Finance to ensure appropriate evaluation is completed
- Prepares and or assists with the preparation of qualitative and quantitative reports.
- Create new process to track, monitor and prompt recognition requirements.
- Support marketing with recognition requirements through disseminating thoughtful, valuable impact reports. Filing and recording recognition documents (social media posts, impact graphics, testimonials, etc., ) for reporting purposes.
- Support process improvements through collaboration with relevant partners on improving and growing our evaluation methodology.

**Administration**
- Some executive administrative functions for the Chief Development Officer
- A broad and diverse range of responsibilities and assignments to support the Pinnguaq Association development team.

**Attributes and Qualifications**:

- Not for profit experience is an asset.
- Administrative experience is an asset.

**Skills and Abilities**:

- Highly organized.
- Experience in Google Sheets or Excel
- Experience using a CRM is highly desirable.
- Bilingual (English, French or Inuktitut) is desirable.
