Custom Decor Carpet One Ltd. is growing We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager. The Project Manager will be support for coordination and scheduling of construction related components in our flooring/ kitchen & bath renovations. In addition, the Project Manager will assist with Contract Sales for ongoing clients. The Project Manager will work closely with various departments to develop and oversee the execution of installs for the successful completion of renovation projects. This role reports directly to the owner.

Responsibilities (including but not limited to):

- Maintain and adhere to project schedules and relevant deadlines.
- Coordinate and lead (as required) project meetings with architects, designers, and other project staff, and preparation of milestone updates and scheduling modifications.
- Responsible for ensuring that all clients have all updated/current documents.
- Prepare documentation for construction projects including site instructions, shop drawings, RFIs, change orders, meeting minutes, product submittals, contracts, bid packages, quotations, permits and close out documents.
- Professional and effective communication between all project parties ensuring both concerns and best interests of the company and construction project.
- Establish project plans, tasks, resources, and ownership to ensure timelines are met.
- Coordinate internal and external resources for the planning and execution of projects.
- Proactively work to remove project obstacles, identify, and manage issue escalations.
- Provide timely status reports and program summaries including scope/schedule/quality risks, project status, resource allocation and client impact.
- Interface with management team to establish project plans which will ensure a smooth introduction into normal operations.
