- KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: _
- Perform maintenance repairs, service/maintenance and resetting procedures on various fire sprinkler systems
- Annual and monthly Inspections on sprinkler systems, fire pump and standpipe
- Inspections on all wet and dry based sprinkler systems and standpipe systems
- Repairs, new installations, and retrofits of sprinkler systems
- Fire pump, air compressor, and backflow maintenance
- Hydrant Inspections
- Complete all fire-related repairs from the deficiency lists provided
- On-call both daytime and after hours on a rotational basis

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Minimum 5 years experience in installation and repairs with a 427A license
- Knowledge of NFPA 13, 25, 20 codes and standards
- Valid drivers license and clean abstract
- A broad knowledge of sprinkler systems and troubleshooting
- Good communication skills and the use of laptops for reports, as well as knowledge of Word, Excel, etc.
- Prefer a dedicated individual with residence in the GTA.
- Maintain regular, consistent and professional attendance, punctuality, personal appearance and adherence to relevant health and safety procedures

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $52.00-$60.00 per hour
