**About the Role**:
Are you ready to control your income, work with a growing company, and learn how to close big-ticket home improvement deals?

At Custom Contracting Roofing & Exteriors, we specialize in rebate-backed upgrades like **windows, doors, roofing, insulation, and HVAC systems** — all of which are in high demand due to **government incentives** across Ontario. We’re expanding quickly and looking for motivated sales professionals to join our field team and start making real money — fast.

This role is ideal for those who are driven, coachable, and want flexible hours while developing a high-income career path.

**Responsibilities**:

- Attend **qualified sales appointments** provided by the company
- Present rebate-eligible home improvement products to homeowners
- Use our proven pitch process and CRM system to close deals
- Submit contracts and communicate with operations to ensure smooth installations
- Generate some of your own leads through referrals or local networking
- Follow a performance track toward **Team Lead or Sales Manager** roles

**Requirements**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Driven, self-motivated, and coachable
- Comfortable working commission-only (with weekly pay plus bonuses)
- Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle and willing to travel to appointments
- Previous experience in home improvement, solar, alarms, or telecom sales is an asset (but not required)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $6,000.00-$10,000.00 per month

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay
- Commission pay

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
