**Help Desk Analyst (Permanent, Full-Time)**
**Location**:Peterborough, ON (Hybrid Work Arrangement)
**Hours**:Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week
**Rate of Pay**: $932.78 - $1,097.38
**As a Help Desk Analyst, you will**:
- Contribute to the success of Kawartha by providing service excellence
- Responsible for responding to, monitoring and escalating reported security alerts
- Manage, assign and complete Help Desk tickets as required
- Create and maintain technical and audit documentation
**Qualifications**:
- Post-secondary education with an emphasis in Computer Technology, Information Technology or Computer Science.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of Information Systems experience
- Prior experience providing first or second level technical support
- Previous experience in the financial industry is a strong asset
