**WORKING CONDITIONS**

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Perform all tasks associated with the buyer role, such as creating and modifying purchase orders, follow-ups of expeditions, duty fees verification, etc.
- Analyze and forecast demand based on historical data and discussions with the sales team
- Update and maintain information related to orders and shipments in database
- Monitor and update orders and shipment progress
- Filing and archiving of documents related to procurement
- Plan deliveries to sites and coordinate them with the warehouses teams
- Analysis and creation of Excel reports related to procurement and presented to the management team

**SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES**
- Post-secondary education in procurement, supply chain management, logistics, operations management, administration or equivalent
- Bilingual (English and French) required, oral and written
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- Procurement experience required
- Logistics experience, an asset
- Superior communication skills, oral and written
- High capacity to work collaboratively in a team
- Strong organizational and coordination abilities
- Analytical mind, proactive and solutions oriented
- Integrity, passion, professionalism and initiative
