**About the Role**:
Our client is seeking a proactive and independent **Business Analyst I** with strong communication skills and advanced Excel capabilities. This role is crucial for performing business support analysis to aid in critical business decisions.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct finance monthly reconciliation using Oracle and SAP systems.
- Ensure timely accruals to enhance forecast accuracy.
- Analyze financial data to support decision-making processes.
- Reconcile and forecast labor, including FTEs and contractors.
- Perform Clarity Hours analysis to ensure appropriate capitalization.
- Provide analysis and commentaries on trends and forecasts, recommending actions for optimization.
- Support the team and project managers with daily activities.
- Conduct portfolio forecasting analysis.

**Must-Have Qualifications**:

- Advanced Excel skills.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.
- A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in IT financial and business analysis.
- Extensive experience in analyzing and evaluating data.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
