Retail Sales Associate/cashier

**Responsibilities**:
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with their inquiries, product selection, and purchases
- Operate cash registers and handle financial transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including restocking shelves and arranging merchandise displays
- Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels and notifying management of any shortages or discrepancies
- Meet or exceed sales goals by actively promoting products and upselling to customers
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge to effectively communicate features and benefits to customers
- Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive shopping experience for customers
**Requirements**:
- Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) preferred but not required
- Proven experience in cashiering, customer service, or retail sales is a plus
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately
- Strong communication skills to interact with customers and team members effectively
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks efficiently
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
**Salary**: $72,118.00-$77,029.00 per year
