Bilingual Office Coordinator 6 to 2 Month Contract

**JOB TYPE**: Contract - 100% on site

**ESTIMATED DURATION**: Approximately 6 to 12 months

**LOCATION**: Ville Saint-Laurent, QC

**WORK MODEL**: 100% on site

**WORK HOURS**:
It is a 35 hour work week and 100% on site
Work hours are 8:30 am to 4:00 pm Monday to Friday with 30 minutes for lunch

**HOURLY PAY RATE**: Competitive hourly pay rate offered

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Answer calls, take the message and send message to the stakeholders
- Open mail, scan and send to stakeholders;
- Enter invoices in the system
- Manage office vendors such as Shred It, Planterra, etc.
- Help with office preparation and reopening when that occurs (prepare office, purchase office necessities and supplies (i.e. coffee, stationary, etc)
- Order supplies for the office and maintain inventory
- Receive foods order from employees
- Set up conference rooms for lunch meetings when required
- Clean conference rooms following lunches and meetings
- Keep a stocked kitchen (i.e. water, coffee, tea, milk, cream, sugar, etc.)
- Order business cards
- Receive and send packages and letters via various courriers (i.e. Fedex, Purolator, etc.)

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role
- College diploma
- Must be able to work autonomously
- Good interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Resourceful and proactive
- Fluently bilingual (French and English) spoken and written
- Proficient with MS Office Suite
