JOB SUMMARY AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Rockpaper Events Inc. is a Toronto based Event Design company specializing in custom social and corporate event experiences. We are lucky to be busier than ever and we need exceptional individuals to join our team for the upcoming event season. We are a small team and we have a lot of fun. We work hard, love what we do and have a blast doing it.

This role involves setting up decor and installations at events, which may include centerpieces, immersive displays, room layouts, and more. Prior experience working as event staff is an asset, but not necessary. Please note this is a part-time freelance position.

THE ROLE
- Setting up elements at an event as directed by the event manager
- Loading and unloading vehicles
- Cleaning and polishing decor
- Setting up centerpieces
- Staging installations
- Aiding in packing up after the event
- Event prep in the warehouse leading up to the event
- Being assigned various tasks by the event manager

JOB QUALIFICATIONS
- High level of attention to detail
- Able to follow direction well
- Strong organizational skills
- A positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills
- Strong verbal and written communication
- High energy and stamina
- Excellent critical thinking abilities
- Performing well under pressure
- Ability to efficiently multitask

**Job Types**: Part-time freelance

Part-time hours: 10 to 20 hours per week or more

Wage: starting at $18/hour
