Plumber

**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems and fixtures in residential and commercial settings.
- Assemble and install pipes, fittings, and fixtures using hand tools and power tools.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to determine the layout of plumbing systems.
- Perform routine inspections on plumbing systems to identify issues or potential problems.
- Collaborate with other tradespeople such as carpenters and HVAC technicians to ensure cohesive project execution.
- Handle heavy lifting as required for transporting materials and equipment to job sites.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and ensuring satisfaction with completed work.

**Skills**
- Proficiency in basic math for measurements and calculations related to plumbing tasks.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot plumbing issues effectively.
- Experience with hand tools and power tools commonly used in plumbing work.
- Ability to read schematics and blueprints accurately for proper installation of plumbing systems.
- Commercial driving experience is a plus for transporting materials between job sites.
- Familiarity with HVAC systems is beneficial for integrated projects involving heating and cooling systems.
- Capable of performing heavy lifting tasks safely as required by the job demands.

Pay: $40.00-$42.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 42 per week
