**Job Overview**
**Responsibilities**
- Oversee front desk operations, including greeting visitors and managing phone systems.
- Maintain electronic medical records with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Assist in scheduling appointments and managing calendars for medical staff.
- Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and correspondence.
- Utilize medical terminology to communicate effectively with healthcare professionals and patients.
- Support the dental office operations by coordinating patient flow and ensuring a pleasant experience for all clients.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure compliance with office policies and procedures.
- Assist in training new staff on office protocols and systems, including Epic software.
**Skills**:
- Proficiency in electronic medical records management systems.
- Familiarity with MED-ACCESS is a plus but not required.
- Proficiency and great understanding with clinic protocols and Health Information Act.
- Experience with phone systems and front desk operations in a medical office setting.
- Excellent administrative skills, including organization, time management, and attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with patients and staff.
- Capable of assisting and preparing patients for their appointments.

Pay: $16.00-$19.00 per hour
